So you're saying I should just stick to a p68 because I wont be using integrated graphics or the ssd caching?
I would say the toxic, except its out of stock. some of them have a one flip BIOS flash. I know the Toxic and the the Flex do. Here's the flex http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102929

Actually, i think all of them do on this page:link

I agree with this man. ASRock's boards are pretty nice. Also the 2 pci x16 slots will both run at x8 for crossfire; the asus doesn't state that so I believe it would run at x16 and x4

As far as GPU I like my Sappire; if you have multiple monitors the Flex will allow you to connect to 3 hdmi/ dvi monitors without the need of using an active mini displayport adapter.

Sapphire also gives you 4 or 5 promo redemptions each year. Like one right now you can get a free copy of Drivercleaner.

But the MSI TFIII also looks good

I will be running only 1 monitor 22.5". So I wouldnt need that option. The thing is, I dont want to pay for options that I wont be using. That way this will keep my budget for other parts bigger.

Are you wanting to unlock the shaders? If so I'm not sure that HIS you posted is unlockable, but both the Sapphire offerings are at 5 bucks less.

I'm pretty sure the first one has the dual bios switch but I'm not sure about the second one. and if you don't plan to run more than one monitor then you can save even more getting a 1 gb model; some have been found to have unlockable shaders.

I'm not sure what unlocking shadders mean. I haven't been updated since my last build which was 4 years ago. Is it hard to do?
