This was what I used and it helped me out a ton. I take it you already may have started OCing since this post is 2 months old. If not, print this out and follow it all the way through. You wont be disappointed in what you learn and the increased performance.

i had a msi geforce n9800gt 512 oc t2d512 oc, and it would hit high framerates on 3d mark 06, but when i bought my His radeon hd 5670 1gb ddr5 ice q card, it doesnt really hit high framerates like the geforce, but in need for speed carbon, it performed really well with the his radeon card, and it was laggy with the geforce.
