asus is a good computer, im a Florida tech collage student, here in Florida ive been working on pc towers for 6+ years there are tools for overclocking, but there 3 party tools and most dont work use the bios.be sure you download your bios up date! look on line it will tell you step by step how! now play with your bios! check your ram speed and voltage! cpu voltage, pcie voltage! 95% of your computer bios will prevent damage to its self, locking up and ask to return to bios setting, sometimes removing the cmos battery.warning 3rd party bypass this fetcher and you will cook your cpu and damage your motherboard.ther is a write-way and wrong-way you really need to watch out on ware you get your info.look at your motherboard spes you my have jumpers you can move a round!!!!
