Any way to manage whitespace?

Thread Starter
This new look is really sharp and all, but there is tons of useless whitesapce. For example, there's a good two inches of space to the right of my edit box that has nothing in it. On a normal page, there are side-bars with reviews and whatnot, which I have no interest in. So, to address this, I have two questions:

Is there any way of getting rid of the right sidebar, or at least collapsing it?

Barring that, the site does a good job of reclaiming whitespace for the last few posts on a page. However, there is no way (that I've found) to take advantage of this by viewing more posts on one page (like in the old system). Is there a setting to let me view 50 posts/page like I used to use?

EDIT: I seem to have discovered the solution on my own. I was looking in "My Profile" for something, but there was nothing there. Instead, at the bottom of every thread there is a "Preferences" button, which contains settings to achieve exactly what I want to achieve. Specifically I used "View Forums Full Width" and "Hide Right Column." Hopefully that helps anyone else with the same complaints/problems.

Thank you for that. I was pretty sure I had clicked on and explored everything before I posted, but sure enough, I missed something. It's going to take a while to get familiar with this layout, I have a feeling.

You can go to "My Profile" on the top of the page and then "Account Details"

In there you have a few options such as collapsing the right hand column or changing the post count from 10 to 50, or up to 100.

Edit: Looks like I can't type fast enough.

+1 For that. I really find the new platform to be more customizable then the old OCN. I am in love.
