2x 128GB Crucial M4 RAID 0, not getting expected results... halp?

So yeah, I have them set up in a RAID 0 volume through the SB950 on my Crosshair V Formula, installed windows, and ran Crystaldiskmark. This what I got:
375
One of the drives alone, with no tweaks at all, just 009 firmware, got this:
338

What am I doing wrong? Do I need a RAID card? Because I was expecting damn near 1000MB/s SSR:headscrat

I have a crucial m4 128gb but only one and do not know much about raid but it does seem you should be getting better speeds

http://thessdreview.com/ssd-guides/optimization-guides/the-ssd-optimization-guide-2/ optimization guide if you havent already done it (or any other guide)

I also wanted to comment on you 4.3ghz 5 points in cine bench. I have my x4 840 with no L3 cache clocked at 4.3ghz and get 4.8 points. I guess thats the difference in L3 cache eh? But still I paid $95 brand new for mine as well, its even cheaper now. AMD budget builds ftw!

This is the reason. The way ATTO works, it is able to accurately test the performance of Crucial drives especially with their latest firmware update. Other benchmarking utilities are not giving you an accurate estimation of drive speed if you are using the Crucial M4 with the latest firmware version.

Yeah, I have not done any optimization at all, just install and bench. Yeah AMD has it's sweet spots, and around $100 is one of them.

Hmmm... *leaves to download ATTO*
