Is the SSD shot or not?

Thread Starter
So dispartk displays CRC.
Formatting display unable to complete format
Disk management displays CRC.

When I was digging through stuff I noticed the drive was marked as "read only"

I can however transfer files to the SSD. I don't know if the disk is shot or if I'm doing something wrong.

Any ideas?

yes, use diskpart to clean the drive. OR use gparted to secure erase.
