As long as I dont get screwed by used part dealers I would consider it. Keep in mind these values can change a little more higher if need be but like I stated 550ish would be awesome.

Buying second hand is always a mixed bag, you should look at the for sale section and see if you like the general pricing for parts. You don't have to buy all the components second hand, you might end up finding something you like though. There are plenty of people who constantly swap to the latest and greatest, so their hardware might be "used" per se but still in very good condition.

Sony as in Vegas?  The newest version (11) has lots of GPU acceleration.  Make sure to focus on that too.

If you're buying in Canada, do NOT buy on Newegg.ca.  It is so much better to buy from a Canadian retailer such as NCIX because of lower shipping cost and price match (you can price match to any Newegg.ca price or the price of any other Canadian retailer at NCIX or MemoryExpress or whatever).
