Is this a good board?

Heading out to microcenter tomorrow to pick up an i5 upgrade.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128498

Is that a nice board? I would link to microcenter but their website is going crazy slow. I would eventually like to upgrade to an SSD but not for a while.

Hopefully they have that one at microcenter. If not would the one i linked be good enough? Right now the microcenter website wont load up any other page than the home page.
