i wanna run my rig at 4.5 - 4.6 ghz, can you guys plz give me a complete set up in the Bios?

everything, like, voltage, llc, all that fun stuffs.

Guides that are stickied are your friend. That should be exactly what you need.

But @ 4.6GHz you wont need to run more than 1.3 vcore. And really everything else can be left to auto voltage wise. 4.6 is still a moderate OC on these chips. Its only when you start pushing 5.0+ that you have to do real tweaking to keep everything balanced.
