I use Frap to record frame rate
In single card:
Skyrim in 1900X1200, max settings, with quite a few graphic enhancement mods, both cars show similar numbers
min frame 35, max 60.
GPU temperature shows GPU#2 highest at 90C, the other 2 about 65C.
In Crossfire:
Same settings, Min frame drops 2 frames at 33.
GPU temperatures about the same.
I am sure I am not using the right driver, but I don't know which is the one and also there's a CAP file, do I need that?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Download the latest CAP from HERE and install. After install, restart and open CCC. In the "3D applications settings" tab find the "3D crossfire X mode" at the bottom of the page and select the application profile you want from the drop down (should be called "Use AMD Pre-defined Profile"). I think there should only be one profile with a list populated with a bunch of games, so choose that one.

EDIT: Select "Use AMD Pre-defined Profile" from the drop down and a list down below will populate with all of the games supported in that profile.

It should look like this when you've selected the correct CAP or "profile" from the drop down:

Please attach a screenshot of what you're seeing in CCC after you hit "apply". I would update to the latest 12.1 CCC/driver and CAP1, like garumaru said and try that.

None of the profiles have a list of games?

I would just update everything to the newest version and try that. I will be more of a help when I get home from work in about 2 hours.
