AMD FX-8120 Eight Core Processor
8 GB RAM
TWO - Radeon HD 6850 CrossFired
THREE - 21in Monitors - 5760x1080 Rez Eyefinity
Windows 7 64-bit

Drivers:
Newest CCC: 12.1a
Newest CrossFireX driver: 12.2 CAP 1
Newest Version of Skyrim w/ No extra Mods

So I've tried all the tweeks! Disabling V-sync, Using Radeon Pro, etc. According to This forum.

The best I can get play the game is in "High settings" with around 30-35fps. I'm about to give up Crossfire and buy a Radeon HD 6950 2gb from Amazon.

I'd like Not to spend money on another Video Card as I've Just build this rig and it wont event play Skyrim in Ultra, Yet nothing is working! What do you guys think?

It is your Bulldozer cpu, I ran a FX-4100 and had the same FPS as you. All BD cpu's have the same bug/cap, look at benchmarks around the net and you will see them all falling in the 30fps range +5 fps. I got the same fps with my fx-4100 and two 5850's, as a 8 core, and two 7970's in crossfire. I ditched it and went back to a Phenom II X6 and my fps tripled.

Aw...Awwwww. Thanks for the tip SnuffThePunkz. I found a Windows hotfix for bulldozer, I'ma try it on the weekend. Hope it will work!!! Or I'm gonna be buying another cpu =[.

Yeah, we jumped on the Bulldozer bandwagon, it bit us in the ass. Deus Ex, RAGE, Red Faction: Armageddon, and Payday: The Heist all refused to work properly, or resulted in a BSOD because of the issues with the cpu/bios. I run ASUS in this rig, and they refuses to get their thumbs out of their asses and fix the issue, Gigabyte, and MSI fixed it in less than a month, that was like 6 months ago and ASUS has all but given up. I went back to Phenom II and all run flawlessly. Here is hoping Piledriver isn't such a steaming pile...

I can play with Ultra and all mods to make game look better on 1 7970 at 5896x1080 and 4xAA and the game stays at 60fps and barely dips to 50fps. I had screen tearing tho with the RC11 driver and I'm messing with the newer ones now. My buddy has problems getting 60fps with 2 6950's unlocked. We tested together with exact same settings and he was getting 45fps in Solitude and with me standing in the same spot I was at 144fps. He turned his pc off after that and left biggrin.gif

I also have an ASUS MotherBoard. Is it a Motherboard drive issue or Windows7 Issue?

The Skyrim issue is Bulldozer related, all the other issues I mentioned are motherboard Bios related.
Back on 1.0 of Skyrim the game ran beautifully 100+ fps, instant load times, but with each patch from Bethesda "Fixing" bottleneck issues, and improving performance it got worse and worse running a Bulldozer.

Windows 8 costumer preview (I read the newest hotfix doesn't do much 3-5%)
Newest CCC & Crossfire drivers
Overclock the CPU
Running Skyrim 1.0

Everything other than windows 8 sounds like it couldn't hurt. The benefit to bulldozer support will work on programs coded for the windows 8 operating system, simply running unoptomized software in it shouldn't bypass the flaws it has.
And avoid the AMD cap's they are terrible. When I get home from work I'll post a link to what I run, and it is leaps and bounds better performance wise for me. (on cell, hard to lookup links)
