To test the difference open microsoft paint and select a black pencil brush and draw a circle with Enhance Mouse persicion turned on. You will notice that the circle will look jagged and bad.
Now turn Enhance mouse persicion off and draw a circle, you will notice the circle is more rounded and less jagged.
From my experience I can say it will take you maybe a day or two to adjust to this, if you feel your mouse sensitivty is low then adjust it ingame also turn off any mouse smoothing or mouse accelerations the game menu may have or if legal and not break any game terms go to the config file of the game to ensure its turned off.
With these tweaks you will be owning and be able to make precise shots at long range because you can now aim at the smallest pixels of your monitor without it shooting past what your trying to aim at.
(if you play bc2 then you should try taking out helocopters with the m136(at4))
Goodluck hope this saves time and money!

Defiantly noticed a huge difference in drawing in paint, except my mouse feels like it's moving through sludge in Windows -.-

Wow I tried what you said and I got the exact opposite results! With that turned on I can draw a near perfect circle.. with it off I end up drawing a star.. LOL. Thanks for that tip thought it helped a lot! +REP

Same here! Exact same problem. If I'm on my desktop my mouse moves so weird! It's impossible to go in a straight line as well!

I don't know what mouse you have but I changed my dpi settings and now I'm running Way smoother! I went from 3500dpi to 1800dpi and things are incredibly different! With the mouse settings and dpi settings I changed, I noticed a huge increase in accuracy in BF3 and I'm so loving it! Instead of barely hitting someone running away 100 yds away, I scope in a pick them off right in the head instantly! I can't believe it! Windows is much more enjoyable now too!

BF3 has some stupid movement speed limit / negative mouse acceleration so that might explain that, though 3500 is a crazily high dpi!

@pcenvy88
in the future when your new mouse retires, there are also cheap gaming mice that cost less than $20

i got my a4tech gaming mouse for less than $15 and its very handy in games and photoshop.
I have different sensitivities used for photoshop depending on what im doing.

I suggest you bind the extra mouse buttons with keyboard letters. Some games dont recognize more than 3 mouse buttons.
Let's say you bind mouse 4 and mouse 5 with letters H and J.
then config H for grenade and J for melee, you get the idea
