Help to Overclock my Intel Pentium D - 3.00Ghz to Higher

Hello Everybody, i need to overclock my PC to get more performance, can anyone help me to do it?, i tryed Clock Gen but before apply changes it freezes and after reboot there is a black screen at boot that says "Intel Agent" and i need to unplug the PC to get rid of it

I Forget, my BIOS Is Intel Original, i am not allowed to OverClock in BIOS :/

Try upgrading the bios to the latest version if that doesn't had a over clock feature just buy a cheap mobo that does smile.gif

How can i upgrade my BIOS?, and what a MOBO is?

Sorry for the noobish questions hehe

Your best bet will be to open the case and have a look on the mobo for the name of the brand and model number.

bios will be downloaded from the motherboard manufacture, and you will either need to save it to a floppy or to a usb stick and install it.

They will have instructions on how to do it smile.gif
