Download some software called "Whocrashed" and click analyse. Copy and paste all the information and i should be able to help you further. It is certain that the issue is bad hardware seen as you've ruled out a currupt OS.

Ok I just tried running just 1 480 in skyrim and guess what it shut off :[

Now I know 750w is more then enough for 1 480 going to run memtest overnight

Run the second 480 on it's own and retest in skyrim.
