The most extreme mini-ITX gaming rig you've ever seen - MAX11Lv3

Thread Starter
I just finished a build I've been working on for a customer. He requested a system to fulfill these requirements.
  • small
  • lightweight
  • very powerful
  • unique
  • cutting edge gaming performance

If you like what you see here, be sure to check out the full build log for details smile.gif

This is what the layout looks like prior to putting in the optical drive tray....it's a really tight squeeze!

And here are the final shots of the system. The customer is planning to replace the feet with something a bit more athetically pleasing once he finds something he likes.

Airflow? With that much cable going around what about airflow?

Also, I would pick Zotac Z68 ITX instead of ASRock Z68 ITX. Zotac comes with 8 pin CPU EPS 12V and MOSFET heatsink, stabler CPU OC.

Airflow isn't bad...only two fans, plenty of room for that amount of airflow. Temps are 50s & 60s on the CPU, and 65C max on the GPU wink.gif

I see, and CPU overclocking? I would like to see how far 4-pin EPS 12V can OC.

That's a sweet build man, good job! However, does the customer know how to change the water in his reservoir and how to manage the water cooling?

Otherwise, sweet build! By the way, why didn't you go with a 6990/590?

i think hes asking what about chipset cooling, what are they at?
its always nice to have at lest a little airflow over the board.

besides that, its freaking amazing.. i LOVE sff builds.

planing on building my own matx cube case here when i have the money for acrylic.
