[FPSWin] EA Trying To Make Wii U Origin Exclusive - Page 3

Dang, all this hate for Origin. It's rock solid for me, the interface is good, and I capped out at 20MB/s downloading Battlefield 3 (Yes, big B). Most people here have like 4+GB of RAM, who cares about an extra 70megs. Consoles are closed, it's the nature of the beast, so they will only have one digital download service. If Origin can provide the Wii U with that service, then I'm all for it.

Meh, competition is competition. Even though, it is a pretty dirty tactic by EA, it's still a legit move that doesn't bother me. I bought BF3 through Origin, and why not? It's an EA game and you don't see Valve allowing HL2 or any other one of their titles on Origin. wink.gif

This is on game consoles. EA is the second coming of Activision.

I think you mean big B.

Anyway, this is silly. Other publishers may get mad, etc etc. I don't think Nintendo has any reason to do this.

Wait. You're calling us sheep when there were more people protesting one billion dollar company of over another like a bunch of corporate cheerleaders you and team are?

I don't give a damn, I just want my games at the best prices I can get and could care less about corporate politics unlike you.

Again, LOL IRONY!!! Hahahahaha

Everyone saying "o Competition is good" This is why some company's should not compete. Its only good when everyone plays by the same rules. Steam allowed everyone on there platform and did not attempt to snuff out there competition though sleazily practices. I cant wait till other publishers catch on now it wont take long for activision and others to be doing the same. EA continues to royally screw this industry.

There's some logic for sure.

I don't really see how this is blocking steam though, blocking them from entering a segment they really aren't designed to be in?
