Need help with upgrade

Hey guys,
I have around £300, and I want to upgrade my system:
CPU
Phenom II X4 920 2.80 GHz
RAM
ADATA DIMM kit 4GB 1066
Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3, 770
Hard Drive
Samsung Spinpoint F1 500GB, 16MB cache, SATA II
Graphics
Sapphire Radeon HD 4850
Power
Chieftec CFT 700W
I was looking to upgrade for Skyrim
Just like some feedback on if anyone would change anything in the following upgrade:

Crucial m4 SSD 64GB, 2.5", SATA 6Gb/s
http://skinflint.co.uk/626831

ASUS Radeon HD 6950, 1GB GDDR5
http://skinflint.co.uk/628250

or

MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk, GeForce GTX 560 Ti, 1GB GDDR5

Thanks a lot

Excellent choice in SSD, but I believe the 128 GB model has better performance (if you're willing to pay for it).

Personally I'm a big fan of the MSI 560ti Twin Frozr. I have the OC model of it, and it's idle temperature is cooler than my HDD. I typically only speed the fan up to ~60% when gaming (BF3 or SC2), and I get temperatures around 60C.

The 560ti is comparable to the 470, I recently got it on sale on Newegg for $200 USD.

I imagine the 6950 can be unlocked to a 6970, so it may perform better than the 560ti (albeit with more power consumption and more heat/noise)

And if I'll go with MSI 560ti Twin Frozr I can buy 128 GB SSD with the same budget.
Thanks

I would get the 6950. You get similar performance to the 560Ti, and if you get one with a high likelihood of unlocking you get an absolutely AMAZING gpu. If you get one that doesn't unlock, then meh...you still have something on par with a 560ti.

Thanks for replay, but I'm going for MSI 560ti Twin Frozr, like you said it's similar performance, but 560ti less power consumption, noise and heat.
When I'll have more money i would get new MoBo and 560 SLI, for future games wink.gif
