Matrix Raid not showing up in windows

i just switched to intel from amd (and loving it, but i still like there gpu's also) and set up a matrix array in the raid setup. i setup a 100gb raid0 array first, then setup 415gb raid1 array with the remaining storage. i also had to reinstall windows so i installed it on the raid0 array, but when i load windows, it only shows the raid0 array as C:/drive and doesnt show the raid1 array for a D:/drive.

Is there a way to get windows to recognize the other part of my matrix array? i would like to use the raid1 partition to backup windows and store files. and another question is, when i created the raid0 array, does it create it in the outer most layers first? im guessing it would, but not positive so thought id ask. would hate to have it create the raid0 partition in the slowest part of the disks.
