I need help on cooling..

Well, I just recently got my new 560 to play BF3, but then my computer started to get really hot...as in like, 53 degrees idle...I think it's because I don't have decent airflow yet, so I've decided to buy some new fans, a fan controller, and a new heat sink, but I don't know if the price I'm paying is worth it! So can someone help me and see if I'm getting a good deal?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992005 - fan controller

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103060 - 2 fans

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200049 - other 2 fans

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103064 - my heat sink

the total will be $74...is it a good deal?

You should fill out your sig rig or tell us the case and if your getting a NEW heat sink don't buy the one listed (not sure by the way you have stated if its your or if your going to buy), but you should at least get a CM 212+ instead

Is there a reason you need a fan controller? Do you not have enough case fan connections on your mobo?

Also, you can do much better for you heat sink. There are many better options from Noctua, Cooler Master, and Corsair, just to name a few. Search through the forums and read the threads, because there are countless "what is the best heatsink" threads on this forum.
