I have 2 GTX 285's in SLI. I've had both these cards since they came out and ive been getting problems lately with it.
With SLI enabled I get very low fps and lots of lag, with sli disabled I get good FPS and it's all smooth.
I tried different drivers, I cleaned the old ones out with driver sweeper, messed around with sli cable etc.. everything worked fine for 2+ years and now its acting up. The only thing i've done in the past few months is reinstall windows, but i've downloaded all the needed files.
Tested both cards on its own, they both work fine.
motherboard is asus p6t vanilla, 850W antec PSU. running a core i7 @ 4.2ghz with 6gb ram
games i've tryed are dirt 2, dirt 3, cs source, cod4, mw3, black ops, skyim. with SLI enabled i get around 30 or so FPS and tons of lag.
Do you guys have any ideas on how I can fix this? Cards aren't over heating or anything either. They run at around 60-70c load
