It will still go in the water, there will just be a thin layer of air between the water and the boat. The layer of air will mean there won't be any drag from the water. This is what I think will happen.

1. Apply coat
2. Put boat in the water
3. Layer of air will make the water drag disappear.
4. Less drag means better fuel efficiency.
5. ???
6. Profit.

Put the word "Patent" on it

It depends on the situation lol. With that the ??? could be for a shipping company and because the boats will use less fuel they can do more trips than if they didn't have the coating, more trips = more profit wheee.gif
