No idea how to take a screen shot...but this is what it looks like.

The only thing the fire did for me was make me like the seven inch form factor. Otherwise...not for me in any way.

hey guys, looking at getting one of these. is the 7 inch screen hard to deal with as opposed to say a 10.1 inch screen? i mean, is it too small to those of you that own the fire?

Nope, I find it perfect. It's small enough that its comfortable in one hand and you can type easily with your thumbs, but its big enough to not be cumbersome when web browsing. 7" is also plenty big for movie watching.

For me its
Typing - iPad
Web Surfing - iPad
Video - Fire

The screen is small and comfortable to hold with one hand, which is why I choose it over the ipad for video. For everything else, its just too small.

Wow really? My brother bought a kindle fire and I can see myself selling my touchpad to get a kindle fire. I just love how you can use it comfortably with one hand.

I got my fire on Tuesday and the only reason its not in hand right now is because I'm at work. I love it, for what it does it works very well. The UI could use some tweeks but I'm sure it will come soon in an update. Also regarding the size I think its perfect, I can type easily in landscape or portrait with my thumbs holding it normally and not strain to reach any letters.
