If i am going to be doing a very large wc setup if i buy a th10 caslab case, can i use my mcp 35x, and can i buy 2 mcp 655, or should i use all the same pumps? Also, is the mcp 655 better then the mcp 35x?

you should use the same pump. MCP35x is top dog right now. MCP655 is a tad bit quieter

I would recommend using the same pump. The MCP35X is better at restricted loops but the MCP 655 is quieter.

Depend how big a big loop is as to whether you need another pump (I'm assuming you're using a single loop).
My setup includes:
3 Quad rads,
Aquacomputer Kryos XT CPU Block
2 x EK FC-5770 blocks (in series)
EK X58 Chipset block
2 x EK Mosfet blocks
About 9' tubing
6 x 90º fittings
I'm using 2 pumps for redundancy but a single 35X is enough to run it at the same temps as a pair and I also ran it for a while with a dead 35X in the loop. Until the CPU temps hit about 50ºC I've set the pumps to run at about 35% of rated speed then increase with the PWM control to about 80% rated speed. There was no temp difference between running a single pump and dual pumps at load.
I've found that running a single pump keeps the noise from it pretty low even at full speed but I'm hitting resonance issues with a pair that's taken me a while to reduce substantially but they're still noticeable at higher speeds without being annoying.
I temporarily tried a pair of D5s with an EK Dual Top at setting 3 but they were also producing a resonant whine that annoyed me. Because I have the pumps located in the pedestal they weren't easy to get to adjust the settings so I didn't try different settings to try and 'tune out' the noise. Whilst my sensors aren't particularly accurate I would say that the D5s added about 1ºC to overall temps.

You do not have to use the same pump when using more then one in a loop. One pump will not over power the other if they have different specs. An upside to using two different types is you don't get the combined resonance of two pumps on the same frequency, this can be very annoying.
