GTX 570's 2.5GB in SLI or wait until Kepler comes out? - Page 2

I just went GTX 570 in SLI and Jesus, Mary and Joseph, mate you need to do it. If you always wait for the next big thing you'll never update in the IT world. Just as a benchmark, my 3dmark vantage score is 43837 with an i5 2500 @ 4ghz and cards at a very mild overclock of 780/1560/1900.

I guess I could get a HD6950 2GB, unlock it and hang in there until the new Nvidia GPU's come out. Then again, how much will they cost? When will they come out?

That's the thing mate. You know how much the 570s are now but you could wait for kepler and then possibly the price of the gtx 570 will drop. 20 / 20 hindsight is a fantastic thing and I am happy with my decision.

The biggest cards are usually $499.
