Hi, I just submitted my info to join the group. I was looking at some of the submissions, so it seems that I got a pretty good 3930k

http://valid.canardpc.com/2811654

I was leaving the voltage on Auto and just ramping up the Turbo profile. At 4.5Ghz it wanted to pump 1.4v through it and the temps were horrible.
So I just reduced the voltage:
1.15v it would boot and then crash
1.2v I ran 6 hours of prime and topped out at 68C on the package. (might get better once the paste cures)
I might be able to get better temps, but it's not too bad for a Core 1000 mATX rig IMO. (H100 is mounted externally)

its a big jump from 4.5 to 4.6 just as it is from 4.6 to 4.8 4.7 may be a slight increase like 4.4 to 4.5 those temps are ok for that voltage but yeh like i said for that voltage increase it to 1.35 and then run the cpu at 100% for 6 hours and see how hot she gets lol

1.35 is just the highest end of stock

turn c1e off and disable other c states leave c3 and c6 enabled it tends to like those settings for me both with 2011 and 1155 when i was using my 3570K @ 4.7 Ghz

Hey guys! Just checking in. I know some of you have posted updates but I don't see any form submission. Is there anyone that can confirm they submitted? I haven't seen a Google Spreadsheet notification in quite some time.

I totally forgot about the form since it's been so long since I first jumped on this. I have submitted it thumb.gif
