i couldnt find much info on these as they aren't meant for hardcore/gaming/OC uses. Im pretty sure they are decent for a dayly normal use on a E8200 coupled with a raid and a 8800gt, no gaming or anything, It's a workstation that i need to replace the PSU and i could get a cheap 400w to put in.
It says 70% effeiciency, can i trust that?
It's not on the recommended list nor on jonnyguru review.
I won't OC anything either, i just want something that wont fry all of sudden frying the half the comp along... o.O

Correct elite series

Im in brasil and everything is more xpensive here and we don't always have acess to every brand/model, i could have bought a Corsair 430w builder series for 3 time the price, but since it's for a low-end common build i just wanted to have something that won't fry in a blink, but with Phaedrus comment im reconsidering it.

I've seen Rosewill 80+ Green units listed in South America.. look for a Rosewill 80+ Green 430W, it's better than the Corsair CX 430, and A Lol better than the CM Elite units.. and it should be rather cheap.

The 400W is mediocre, but passable. The 450W is exactly the same as the 400W, but with a different sticker. The 430W is worse than the 400W, but not hugely so.
