Overclocking 560 Ti's When do they hit 570 speeds?

Thread Starter
I have mine both oc'ed to

925/1850

and shader clock is 2100

this is all at the stock voltage of 1012

What point would they compare to GTX 570 speeds?
I'm not sure but I think that are above 1000 on core

youve already past it. depending on what 570 your looking at the minimum is 732 core/1464 shader/1900 memory

Remember that the cuda core count for the 560 Ti is 384 while the 570 has 480 cores. The GTX 570 can process a lot more data at lower clocks, compared to the 560 Ti.

Im not convinced that the 560 Ti can reach a tipping point where it matches the 570 clock for clock.

Example, I had my old 560 Ti O/ced to 1025 / 2050 and it was folding slower than my new 580 @ 895/1790.

Its a good question though smile.gif

This. You would have to get a pretty major OC to reach the overall performance of a GTX 570. But that would be just a stock 570 and not an overclocked one.

~950MHz core:

f × n × 3 = Gflops

Shader count x shader frequency x 3

560ti still lacks the horsepower

According to this chart, it seems like when it is at around 980 for the core clock to get around 5k 3d marks to be on par with the stock 570. I was able to clock my core at 950 and got 5337 for 3d marks which seems like it is on par with the stock 570s? Correct me if I am wrong people?

Just check the single precision Gflops and you can work it out
