I don't think these voltages are too much of a streach from stock voltages to fry your motherboard... however I could be wrong.
Oh yeah, I was able to achieve this OC with DDR 3 memory, I don't know how DDR2 will effect your outcome.
Best of luck.
+1 Got this OC too, using OP's mobo @ 1.475v Vcore, same everything else..however my DDR3 1600 (2x4gb) must be at 1300Mhz else it's not stable..good thing is lowering the DDR3 clocks enabled me to keep timings at 7-7-7-19..did a suicide run of 3.6Ghz and 1.5V but its not Prime95 stable anymore (BSOD in about 10Mins but it did pass Aida64 for 30Mins - 62C at load)
Bad thing about manually changing the Vcore disables cool and quiet, so even if my CPU runs at 1000Mhz my voltages stay at 1.475V..even PhenomMsrTweaker wouldn't work..
CPU temps reached 59C at load (3.5Ghz) using DeepCool Ice Edge Mini II modded for push-pull (extra fan) and Nano Diamond paste with exhaust vents (HEC Cougar PSU) drawing air up and out back, and another one venting out directly beside the Cooling Fins..side fan blows in hitting the area around the DIMM slots, plus another fan blowing in from the front of the case to blow fresh, cool air in directly towards the cooling fins of the CPU Cooler..another fan at the lower back of the ATX case blowing air in for the HD4670 which is kinda out of the way from any inlet airflow..this configuration keeps Mobo Temps at 40C on load..oh, and without CnQ, my rig is noisy with all the fans going full speed! lol Oh well, better noisy and cool than quiet but hot..
I was able to test it out using Prime95 for 4 hours, Aida64 for 2 hours, and no BSODs or anything, so I may conclude that it's stable for my use..but I don't think this is safe for this Mobo to be at 1.475v constantly, not with its VRMs anyways..(for some reason HWMonitor and CPU-Z reports a lower Vcore of about -.025v to -.03v as compared to BIOS. so I'm not just comfortable with it)
I have since reverted to stock speeds, and PhenomMsrTweaker gives me .968v @ 800mhz with Cool n Quiet enabled..2.8Ghz @ 1.3V is more than enough for me anyways..Edited by boofman - 8/3/13 at 11:13am
