I'm clueless, how does this program work? I downloaded it but all I get is an onscreen keyboard.

MSi G-Series NOT SS.
Anyone have one of their SS designed laptop keyboards?

Anyway, the software. From what I see it shows what keys could you register simultaneously? What exactly is the test? I could press Shift,Space,Alt,Ctrl,W,A,S,D,Q it seems, that's good right?

The program shows a dark color for the keys that are currently being pressed, and a lighter color for keys that have been pressed while the program is open. If you are looking at what keys can be pressed at once, make sure to look while you are pressing the keys, as what you see afterwords doesn't really show anything.

For example, from a post a member did earlier:

He probably placed a book over the main section of the keyboard there, and then hit print screen while they were held down. This shows that his keyboard can press whatever the heck he wants at any time.
