In your case I'd have your front as intake, and back as exhaust. The top I'd leave as intake since it'll push a lot of cool air into the case so that the back exhaust is pulling air from that. Especially since you have a door intake fan too. Although you could try leaving the top as exhaust too.

Do you have fans on full powered? Also why 2 loops? You might be better making it 1 loop and running your pumps in series. What pumps do you have?

Edit: Yates are fine, yea they don't do as well as GT's but they are still great fans.

yep I have a 120 rad at the rear exhaust aswell and my cpu doesn't go above 52 though it is only 2500k

i did 2 loops because i had 2 different pumps, im using a rasa pump/res combo for gpu and mcp 35x for cpu. I was going to make top and back exhaust, door and front intake. This should lower temps 10c around?

I don't know man, it might. Have you double checked your CPU mount, even if it is 10C correction that is still pretty hot at 75C.

did you clean out the Rs360 b4 you used if and have you checked inside the block for gunk and such
also make sure you haven't put 1 set of fans pushig against the other yes Iv'e seen that done b4 aswell

waterblock was cleaned, rs 360 was cleaned well also. i have reset it 4times, and i havent seen a difference in temps, mean it looked like it was put on good each time i took it off. Also using m4 paste. i got a question, can u take the tubes off the barbs without cutting them? its 7/16 tubing on 1/2 barb

you can take the tubing off by holding the bottom of the barb so you don't stress the g1/4 thread and wiggle it back and forth
only other thing I can think of is to much/little thermal paste
