New build. The Pandanator (Modding In Progress!) - Page 8

i got tired of feeling like my keyboard wasn't responding to my keypresses (had the logitech G110 as my main keyboard for about 10 months) and decided to try out the blackwidow (non ultimate, so no backlit keys) and instantly loved the feel of the Cherry MX blue switches. Wound up taking the razer board back, and ordering the das keyboard and other than my own slight adjustment to having ALL blank keys, i'd never look back! thumb.gif

Yeah, I want to experience how it feels with a mechanical keyboard, if I don't like I'll return it, but I'mma check out the Razer blackwidow...hopefully I can find the ultimate for cheap. Also I want to get the SteelSeries V2 Headset. Either the Blue one or the Frost one...Idk, but I'll get back to you guys about the modding and such! Once I've read somethings, practiced somethings and saved up for somethings I'll get to modding!

Changed my mind, don't want a mechanical keyboard. Checking other things out!

Well, lol, time to update I guess xD.

Everything has been smooth ever since I update my mobo, but I haven't been able to stream :/ I'm sure my computer is good enough to stream, unless I'm missing something I don't know, I think it might be my internet connection, it's not all that great and since I'm pretty far from the router, I'm also on wireless. The games I'm trying to stream are not even that demanding, such as CS:S, CS:GO, Diablo 3, LoL (I don't understand this), Minecraft on full screen, Guild Wars 2 (a little demanding) shoot even maplestory! (seriously) So yeah, anyways further news:

My SteelSeries Siberia v2 recently broke and well, I was kind of piss lol, I took really great care of it and this is how it broke, I'm sitting ready to start playing some Guild Wars 2 you know owning it up, I get thirsty so I put my headset down like I usually do, go grab a drink, come back, and what do you know? The whole left side died. ***? What just happened? I thought it was my monitors(my headset connects into my studio monitors just so I can try to produce without disturbing anyone) so I check it blah blah blah long story short, it was the headset, idk how, Idk why, it was whatever. So I was going to buy a new headset but I didn't have the time to go deposit some money to order one(I was only 16, no bank or paypal or cc, and I buy my own stuff) so I go headsetless for a week or so, but I remembered my birthday is coming up so I was going to get a headset from my parents because they give me spending money, usually 100-150, grateful for it, but turns out my brother ordered me a new siberia, Siberia v2 Frost Edition lmaosmiley.gif he even paid for faster shipping( I really didn't want him to do it but oh wells) so I was like wow thanks little bro, now it works but then oh? I still have $150 to spend, MIND AS WELL BLOW IT ON MY COMPUTER biggrin.gif so I ordered a new HDD for storage and an SSD for booting smile.gif

I ordered: OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD and a Seagate Barracuda 1TB 6gb/s HDD all for 150. biggrin.gif

so long story short, for those who are looking at this and saying TL;DR
I upgraded my storage to 1.5tb and booting to an SSD ( I might need help with installing windows if it's just like regular installing then tell me if not someone help tongue.gif) I also got a new headset, Siberia v2 Frost Edition and I am now 17. Weee~ and don't worry, modding will come soon! I just have to acquire enough knowledge and money lol. Thanks~

I also try to upload some new, recent, updated pictures of my rig and maybe my setup!
