Watercooling Silverstone FT-02/RV-02

Hey guys, im planning to upgrade my loop to include my GPU. In doing so i'll need to get myself another rad, which wont fit in my current case.

My current setup (Hardware):
Coolermaster CM 690 Pure case (highly modded to allow for a RX240 to fit in the bottom, no more space for any upgrades)
Gaiward GTX 570 GS
i7 920 d0
Thermaltake 750w evo blue...
Gigabyte EX58 UD4P
6gb Gskill NQ ram 1600mhz

Current WC Setup:
EK Supreme HF acrylic/copper
EK Multi Option Resevoir 150mm
XSPC RX240 rad
Laing DDC 355 pump with XSPC top (have a couple others)
1/2ID Feser UV blue tube with Feser UV blue coolant (leave it alone >.<)
Using Gelid Wing's UV Blues (3x120's, 2x140's)
Dangerden Fat Boy Barbs

For the upgrade I was thinking of getting the FT02 or RV02 as I quite like the rotated motherboard and it also has the ability to internally(YES) accommodate for a large rad. For the GFX I was thinking the EK 5x0 Copper block, and for the rad....

I dont want to waste anything that I currently have so I was thinking that perhaps I could fit 2x RX240's in the bottom?(is this a stupid idea? XD) or is there some other way I could fit a larger rad (360 and keep the HDD rack? or even better a 420mm rad so I can use my wing 14's), possibly slimmer (dont have to waste the 180mm fans, could act like push pull with the other fans ontop of the rads?) and still use the RX240 in the case? (propped up against the 5.25" bays perhaps?). I only use 1 optical drive and 1 HDD, so I'm happy to get rid of the HDD rack as expected to fit the 2x RX240's.

Here's my awesomely drawn paint image of my idea. TBH i'd prefer to use a 420 rad and somehow use my rx240 (different case perhaps?) but this is what i've come up with so far.397
The "tube" that is parallel to the rads would maybe contain a QDC for handyness, but also is there a "trick" to keep a tube like that perfectly straight?

Cant wait to hear from you guys on what you think biggrin.gif

I am currently planning an FT02 build using a Black Ice SR1 560 rad to mount in the bottom, There are several choices with rads to use in this case considering how long it is.

Watercooling in an FT02 is all about planning, taking measurements etc.

Heh.. Funny we both have a CM690II watercooled and are changing to the FT02/RV02 tongue.gif

But with that picture you have it looks possible, Only thing is you would be able to only run one set of fans on the rads, So either push or pull.

Also for straightening your tubing, Just hang it up in your closet so that gravity pulls it straight, Should only take a day or so.

Thats a really good idea with the straight tubing!, its the original 690 case, thats why I need an upgrade as it has no watercooling potential.. (I forced mine to tongue.gif)
2x rx 240's would be fine with 1 set of fans for what I want to do, and i'd like to keep it silent. Do you have a good source/image full of LOTS of measurements?

By the way i've Lian Li has caught my eye, never really liked their cases as I never really bothered to look at them properly, but after having a good look they seem REALLY nice.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LIAN-LI-Aluminum-Mid-Tower-Gaming-Case-PC-P50WB-4x-Fan-/290418995565?pt=AU_Components&hash=item439e52316d#ht_10502wt_1014

seems like a steal at that price, but sadly wouldnt be easy to watercool (cant fit a 280 up top D: )

I'd probably stick to this case, what I really like about it is that u have a really nice view of the liquid flowing through the graphics card blocks biggrin.gif

What about this config?269
