What monitor should I get?

My monitor died on me the other day and now I have no clue what monitor to buy. My typical use would be moba, fps, and racing games. Don't know if this matters but I also use it a lot to watch movies and shows, in addition I would use it for C4D, PS, and AE semi-frequently.

I'm looking to upgrade to a 7000 series GPU when its released, and do eyefinity in the future. Which is the best monitor for me and would there be any other i should consider? I'm aiming towards a 23in if its 1920x1080 and a bigger pixel density above 23in.

I've been looking at:

They look like solid monitors, but I don't know too much about IPS in general.

Are the response rates (e.g. 8, 6, & 6 ms respectively) normal for IPS panels? In general when I purchase a normal LED-backlit LCD monitor, I look for response rates in the 2 ms range
