As the title says above I am looking to appraise my current system with the following components:

HX1000
Corsair 800D - All fans swapped and additional fans added (140mm and 120mm) with Scythe and Yate Loon high-RPM counterparts
i7 965 Extreme Edition - Very first commercial batch from Costa Rica. Great publicity for this batch on various forums and by overclockers using extreme overclocking methods.
Rampage II Extreme Edition - First Asus X58 Flagship board
Corsair Dominator 12GB - 2 Kits of 6GB DDR3 1600.

i7 XE 965 - 300$ shipped.
Rampage II Extreme - 120$ shipped.
HX 1000 - 160$ shipped.
Dominator - something like 70$ for the lot.

Corsair ram...specific model would help.

As for the processor, I think closer to the $200-$250 range. It has an unlocked multi, and that IS worth something, but the market for LGA1366 processors (outside of the six-core) has really fallen off with the release of Sandy Bridge (and now SB-E).

The motherboard in the $130-$150 range. I know of one currently being listed in another forum for $120, but it was used for sub-zero cooling and still has some of the insulation on it.

The case probably still draws $150-$180. I'm not really strong on used case prices, but it seems to me that this is the range I've seen this listed at.

Corsair Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D 12GB (2 6GB Kits). It has an 8-8-8-24 Latency/Timings and was the first Triple-channel memory kit from Corsair.
