Setting up a HTPC for parents but can't decide

Case: Lian Li A05 or Fractal design Arc Mini

Option 1:
Intel i3-2100 3.1ghz
Asus P8H67-M-PRO
OR
Gigabyte H67N-USB3 (ITX board)

Option 2:
Llano A4 2.7ghz
Asus F1A75-M-PRO

Additional components:
4gb 1600mhz DDR3 ram (own)
1TB Samsung F3 (Own)
GTX470 (Own)
Blu-ray/DVD combo drive
450-500w psu

I have the following dilemma at the moment. My parents wants me to help them set up a HTPC for web browsing, bluray/dvd playback, movies streaming online and basic work processing. This is my first HTPC build and I personally prefer the Intel option, however, I have seen great reviews on the Llano processors and the price point seems to be lower on AMD as well.

Would really appreciate some inputs from you guys here. Also, if intel was the choice, would a matx or mini itx make more sense in this situation. I have a spare GTX470 which I could use in this build if necessary. The system would be used to power a 50" 1080p TV.

Thanks all!

I think I would go with the llano out of those. The reason I didn't go with was because I found a cheaper and more powerful solution, and I couldn't find enough info on the a4.

Take a look at my thread.

I just pulled the trigger on it. Microcenter has $50 Phenom II X4's. I also picked up a $20 basic microATX black case (not the one in my post) and a $.67 fan to go with it. $20 AR AMD HD 6450, $37 open box microATX motherboard off of newegg.
Then just add in your items you have. Mine was a very, very budget build so not everything is the best of quality.

Though I think regardless of which build you choose, you could go with a more generic PSU.

I had initially thought of going with a phenom 955 however, i am trying to avoid using the gtx470 in this build due to the heat released from the 470.

Comparing the intel HD graphics and amd's llano. Which would be better for my purpose? Will one be better than the other?
