I'm betting they will be in stock very soon. Toxic is one of the most in demand cards right now, hence it being sold out.

I 2nd the Corsiar 500r please do your self a favor and stay away from the antec 900 it's a ancient relic lacking cable management. And if you don't want to wait for a deal on the i5-2500k to go on sale then have NCIX.com price match microcenter price for 179.99

the CPU is easy. the i5 2500k is perfect for gaming. the 2600k is a waste for gaming. so stick with the i5. your RAM selection is a good one. you might want to take a peak at what G.Skill offers. Their ram comes with a lifetime warrenty and their customer service is perfect. but there is nothing wrong your selection. I cannot comment on the mobo's as I have limited experiance with intel boards. I can also recomend this PSU. its a little cheaper than the one you linked, and gives a little more power. Its a great PSU, I love it! I can also recomend the CM690II advanced over the antec 900 case's. I have owned both and currenty cant stand the 900 case's from antec, they are just icky lol. good luck with your build:)

Looks like your gonna have a good system. i5 8gb ram and 6950 seems to be 9/10 new systems these days, cant go wrong with it though.

What games do you play? Is this a BF3 rig? If so you're going to need to crossfire a 6950 or 6970 to get 120fps on high settings.

Like someone said, ditch the Antec case. Everyone and their dog has one. I have, had, two.

Can you wait for a 7000 series card? If not, go with a 6950 and bios flash maybe?

I like your 120hz monitor choices. Be careful and read plenty of reviews. AFAIK, all 120hz monitors have one or two issues each such as a little bleeding here or there, ghosting, so on so forth. 120hz monitors are still in their infancy so I am maybe holding out until 2012 in hopes of something grander.

As for the monitor.... Hmm...
120Hz wise: PLANAR SA2311W Black 23" 2ms 3D 120HZ Full HD Swivel Height Adjustable WideScreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 1000:1
Normal wise: ASUS MT276HE Black 27" 2ms(GTG) HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 400 cd/m2 ASCR 50000:1
The 120Hz will no doubt make games feel smoother @ 120Hz. I loved my CRT @ 150Hz, especially for CS. However, a 27in for $200 after rebate?!?!? Get both biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif
You can always downgrade to the i5 2500k, but if you don't have BF3 yet and will buy it, a 2600k for $260 is a good deal.

I saw your comment and revised my original post but I am not definite on which way to go as the i7 only gives a 2mb cache and 100mhz advantage, other than multicore tasking which i wont need to worry about. Also im trying to edit my original post but when i do it says its finish but doesn't update the info any ideas?
