Nothing irritates me more at the moment than these stupid moaning idiots...they need to get a grip and go find a job. Then they wont have so much spare time to chain themselfs together like a set of tools.

I love this post. I couldn't agree more. They are complaining about arrests and getting pepper sprayed yet they don't listen to orders by the police. The occupy wall street movement is actually illegal as the camp they have set up is against zoning laws. They should be evicted and the camp torn down.

While I do not agree with the way they are going about it the occupy idea has merits, though I think as with every major demonstration for every genuine protester their are 10 more proffesional aggitators/wagon jumpers. Every major study into history's troubled times comes back to a large gap between the weathy and poor, Britons riots bought this home to some, whilst others blamed the "lower classes/hoodies/call them what you will" for greed. The human race is the only animal on the planet that never learns from its mistakes, and though our current system is flawed its the best we have atm. No doubt after we at OCN have long gone, new empires, dictorships and warlords will emerge.

Buddy get a clue...stereotyping is for lames..If you'd payed attention at all you would see that alot of the members of this movement have phd's, college degrees and more experience in there fields then the average joe, are you really that blind to the unemployment numbers and foreclosure numbers? The banks are robbing us blind and getting our tax money in the form of bailouts as well pretending to be going bankrupt, its sad people like you dont pay attention to whats really going on completely blinded by the mass media's propaganda campaigns. If you really were paying attention to how the world is operating right now then you might have a clue to whats going on . Stop watching bbc's or cnn's propaganda campaigns labeling the movement as pot smoking hippies with no jobs and find out whats happening in this world then you might want to rephrase your ridiculous statement, get your head out the dirt sheep. Have you actually been out and talked to people participating in the movement? or are you watching from your armchair, probably the latter i would imagine.

strike a nerve there did that? no need to get so offensive imho

TBH, while some occupy movements such as the one involving college tuition and stuff are a great cause, bull**** like "occupy adobe flash" is hella dumb.

also, the "innocent civilians" getting "attacked" by government officials need a reality check imho.
protests can be protests, but when you are kicking down barricades, jumping on things, cursing out police... stuff is bound to happen, cant cry about that tbh

^I definitely agree with half of what your saying the occupy flash is just a stupid distraction to the real problems of the world...IMO the movement should be called occupy the federal reserve as that's the true devil. But what made me get offensive is the countless people labeling the protesters as unemployed pot smoking hippies, i have a good job and i have participated in my local occupy and no i don't smoke. Some of the most articulate people I have ever met are the ones running these protests. Have you seen the brutality and complete disregard for the constitution that the police demonstrate because they are not mentally capable of dealing with a peaceful protest and/or taking there orders directly from the banks/corps causing these problems. UC as a perfect example this week. How many cops in not just the occupy movement but other protests like the g20 been caught dressing up as protesters and acting unruly and causing the violence to make the peaceful protesters look bad, this tactic has been going on around the world for many years, so don't just believe that the whole movement is acting in this way, there are many more variables to the situation you are not seeing.

I'm glad these protests are happening and feel bad for the people that have been hurt by the police. They are rallying for the good of everyone not just to whine and be annoying or because they have time due to being jobless, or didn't get enough love and direction from their parents.
