TV or Monitor ??

Thread Starter
Seening how black Fri. and cyber Mon. are just about here, I was thinking about going for a 27-32 monitor or TV.
The price between the two are alot.
Just wanted to know the difference between a LED TV and LED PC monitor.
If I get a 1080 1920X1080 TV whats the diff from a monitor besides the price and refresh rate ?

Difference between a TV and a monitor? TV has an antenna so you can watch TV tongue.gif

If you don't have a TV, and you need a monitor, then get an LED-backlit LCD TV!
If you already have a TV, then save your money and buy an LED-backlit LCD monitor!

Haha like I said, that extra cost includes an antenna to pick up over the air broadcasts, cable input, channel changing, remote IR sensor.. much more technology than a monitor whose only function which is to display a picture from one source.
