Consider Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P or Asus P5Q-PRO. From what I know those are some decent boards reasonably priced, P45 based boards. They do well at overclocking, especially the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P if u could get it then go for it. Shouldn't be quite expensive now days. Try look on the OCN marketplace, u probably could get one for around $50 second hand if u do find one. I remember seeing an GA-EP45-UD3P sold for $45 on the market before though.

Best of luck finding ur new board smile.gif

EP45-UD3P is the king of overclockers, and will be your best shot at the maximum FSB achievable for your CPU.
