Alright, 960T it is! I would LOVE to find a half-decent mobo for it within my remaining budget range though, if possible. You guys are so helpful thank you for all of the quick replies!

Is the ASUS M4N68T-M V2 AM3 mobo a decent deal for the price? It seems so to me but would like everyone's opinion.

unless you have to have a micro board steer away from them. But it seems like a pretty cheap board. if your not trying to squeeze it into a micro/mini case stick with ATX boards. more feature's. but why would you want to stick an expencive CPU,GPU and RAM on a board that cheap?

I just can't dish out 120+ for a mobo atm. Around 80USD is fine but I'm not sure what is worth it.

If you're going AM3 and won't upgrade to AM3+ then you can get a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128458
GIGABYTE GA-880GM-D2H AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Only downside is no Crossfire/SLI.

OR

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157280
ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
I beleive it's a 4+1 phase board, but it does "support" sli/crossfire at 16x 4x (thats what it says anyways)

Ultimately it depends on whether you're even remotely interested in BD's in the future, if they get their act together.
I say this 'cos most of the 9XX Mobo's have good VRM's.

Either way, if you're going for a 960T or want to overclock the shiz outta whatever you get, you'll want a motherboard with a decent VRM layout, 6+2/8+2 boards will serve you well, and a good quality power delivery, is worth the extra dollhairs.
There are good 4+1 out there also, check here:- http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboard-vrm-information-list

If you unlock or if you're OCing, you'll want one of the good boards on that list.

What's the max you're willing to spend on a Mobo? Something slightly outta your comfort zone, but doable?

this. It kills me to see so many people building rigs on here. They get a nice CPU great RAM and a spiffy card on to stick it on a lesser board. Get a crap board and you run the chance of not being able to unlock the CPU(some mobo's don't support core unlocked). your overclock is going to be limited on the CPU. next thing your going to be looking at a spiffy board later down the line.

The most I can realistically spend is about $100. I know it's not too far off from the mobo mentioned earlier, but it's what I've got to work with. Sucks, I know, but it's all I've got after RAM/etc in the budget.
