May I suggest http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-VE247H-23-6-Inch-1920x1080-Monitor/dp/B004EFUOY4/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1321912889&sr=1-1

I have it myself. It has a 2ms response time, similar to what you are looking for.

What resolution are you planning to game at?

That isn't a valid resolution tongue.gif.

It really depends on the game you are going for. But a 1680x1050 would be pretty good for that card. Most games you will be able to run at 1920x1080 without a sweat.

1920x1080 will be the highest resolution from your card and so you can call you need a 1080pHD Monitor smile.gif

Now come to point you need a LCD or LED ?
How much $ you are about to use ?

Like for a example : 24" costs $300 as a normal price and if you go in Dell UltraSharp it will be nearly $440 or more. smile.gif

So better you decide a bit and then let others help you smile.gif
