I always go with EVGA their customer support and quality are flawless.

First, Welcome to OCN. smile.gif it's a good idea to fill out your spec in edit system area so others helping you knows what your dealing with and can give you the best advice for situation.

When it comes to the GTX 570 I like to suggest a non-reference option. Like an MSI GTX 570 TwinFrozr III. It's a powerful card and built with 6+1 power phases instead of 4+1. Technically any non-ref would be the card of choice.

As for the hot air exhaust being dumped into the case it would only be a real issue if you don't have good ventilation and/or poor cable management. I personally prefer the enclosed shroud on my GTX 580 with vapor chamber cooling and being blown out the rear of my rig.

This can effect CPU temps but the open case GPU's will run cooler by a bit due to being able to breathe. The top card always runs hotter by 10C usually. Enclosed GPU's the top card runs hotter because the fan if stacked without much space dosent get any fresh air. So there about even.

So it will depend on your rig. I wouldn't be too worried. A good aggressive auto fan setting with MSI Afterburner will take care of the issue.

Hope this gave some insight. Good luck bud. smile.gif

i'd take the twin frozr III 570. great cooling and doesn't take up more space than a stock card(2 slots).
