download Malwarebytes' AntiMalware.

Double click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
•Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
•If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
•Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full Scan, then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
•When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
•Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
•When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart. Restart if it tells you to.

If it lets you then.

run a free online scan with ESET Online Scanner by downloading it at the link below

http://download.eset.com/special/eos/esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe

'. Save it to your desktop.
◦Double-click esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe to execute the program.
◦Tick Yes, I accept the Terms of Use.
◦Click Start.
◦If this is your first time installing the scanner, allow the ActiveX Control to install.
◦Database download may take some time.
◦When done, make sure that the option Remove found threats is ticked. Under the and Advanced Settings, please put a check on the following options:
■Scan for potentially unwanted applications
■Enable Anti-Stealth Technology
◦Click Start.
◦Wait for the scan to finish.

I agree with this, but would run the scan in safe mode. You will have to install and update them in regular mode, but reboot after thats done and run the scanner in safe.

If you can't open anything in windows, download an ubuntu live cd or usb drive and scan with Avast from it.

Or if it comes down to re-installing windows you can use it to backup anything important.

You could use safe mode with networking.

Combofix and Kaspersky virus removal tool is going to get rid of almost anything.

Check that you don't have a proxy enabled and check that your hosts file isn't compromised.
