Microsoft Security Essential 3 Beta Signups have started.

Go to the following link and log in with your Windows Live ID to register for the Beta:

Don't think he is trolling at all. Although I do use MSE, it is fast becoming as bad as the other mainstream "Anti-Virus" apps out there. They are really not much better than the things they are trying to prevent in some of their cases. I don't put MSE up there quite yet, and I still use it, but the way it is going it won't be long.

Elaborate a bit more.

IMO. MSE is the best free anti virus out there and better then most paid ones. Uses less memory and cpu then most, has a near perfect removal rate, dosent destroy windows files (as badly as others can) and its free, cant beat that.

Why use them at all if you consider them worse than a virus ?
