thanks mate

i am guessing a mad connection internally, manufacture's problem i am guessing, however, no front panel connections for me, everything will be integrated into my pc table and headset for bf3 voice and so forth will be wireless.

chopped all four fan wires in half.... it disgusted me!

taped it all up then added the old sleeves back and BOOM!

the four fans and rad setup is removable by just 1 plug and 4 screws!

thats it..going back to work!
