Upgrading RAM caused slue of problems

Thread Starter
Today I got new RAM (OCZ Reapers 1333mhz 1.64v 8GB) When i installed the RAM my computer booted normally and worked for around 8 minutes then froze. Trying to boot again I get bios SOMETIMES, other times its just a black screen and i have to switch the power switch and do a bunch of magic just for bios to show up. When bios does show, it works for around 3 minutes and freezes. Oh and now every time I restart CMOS resets.

I have
-Flashed BIOS
-Tried idividual sticks of the new RAM
-Old RAM

I have been working on this since 2:30pm Mountain Time. PLEASE HELP ME

Im on it now but I have just a few minutes left.....
2nd time allowed into windows inside of this time.

You may need to bump the RAM voltage to the rated 1.65V.

If it's this kit, terrible choice by the way.  No generic 1333 CL9 memory kit should ever require heatspreaders or more than 1.5V.... not to mention it's the kits rated 1333 9-9-9 1.65 that often have the highest failure/DOA rates (particularly the OCZ Gold kit)

Yea the old doesn't work now. So why return the new even if the old doesn't work? I want to fix it. Buying new ram won't solve anything.
