Looks great for being rendered real time, it's not photorealistic (I honestly think we're at least a decade away from anything like that at the least) but I'd say it's one of the closest things I've seen to it so far in a game.

in order for "photo-realism" to become a reality, we would first need a true 3-D scanner, that could map the geometry of an object in a very fine detail, then also scan images the object in the highest resolution physically possible. which isn't too far off, but the hardest problem then becomes casting true-to-life light and shadows on those objects.... sure lots of engines have great real time / dynamic lighting, but making it "photo realistic" is almost impossible with current technology.
