Questions about the XSPC Rasa 750 RX360 WaterCooling Kit

Thread Starter
Hello all, I'm just getting into watercooling and i've decided to use the XSPC Rasa 750 RX360 WaterCooling Kit for just a CPU loop to test it out. When I add GPUs to the loop, what will I need other than the GPU block? Will I need a stronger pump?
pump will be fine you will want tubing and extra fittings, what gpu/gpus will you be adding?

This, the Rasa 750 pump will handle your loop fine + a gpu block smile.gif

XSPC has no problem with any GPU block, and its pump still handle 1 more GPU block.
I personally have an experience of adding 1 VGA, and it works no problem.
I saw someone even doing 1 CPU, 2 radiator, 3 SLI with this pump.
I think this is little overkill but I am pretty sure that XSPC 750 pump(the pump in the rasa kit) can handle
1 more VGA.

What you need to buy for adding GPU on your loop are a VGA/GPU
block and 2 barbs(+2 clamps) or 2 Compression fittings.
Don't forget you need to buy compatible GPU block with your VGA, not your RASA kit.

Look my post. It will explain all what I want to say about RASA kit.

Thanks all for the replies.

I'll be adding a GTX 580 in the loop and probably another 580 down the road. What exactly do the barbs / compession fittings do? Why do I need them?
barbs and compression fittings are what you screw to the block to attach your tubing
when you get the second 580 I would consider adding another rad rx120 or rx240

You need to match the size of hose you have.
Hose have ID(Inner Diameter), and OD(Outer Diameter)
For barb, you need to match ID of hose,
For clamp, you need to match OD of hose,
For Compression Fittings, you need to match both.

Since XSPC rasa have ID 7/16" size hose, assuming OD is 5/8"

This will be the appropriate Barb.

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_953_298&products_id=3909
This will be the appropriate Clamp,

If you want Compression Fittings, then
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=59_346_393_614&products_id=24844

You need to buy at least 2 barbs + 2 Clamps or 2 Compression fittings.

For VGA block, you should make sure your GTX 580 is reference design.
After than that.

Unless it specifically says special designed for non-reference design
most of GTX 580 waterblock will be compatible.

If you want to add 2 VGA block, you need additional block and additional SLI fitting
Note you don't need additional barbs/compression fitting
(Of course you still need 2 of them for 1 VGA.)

You can use additional barb/compression fitting rather than SLI fitting
if there is enough space, but I depends on what PCIe slot you use for.

For SLI fitting, go here
