Too tight? And change fans for real silence?

Seems like the Noctua D14 is the only one that supports LGA 2011 right now for my new new chipset, and I'm getting impatient.
Here are the specs to refresh all your memories:

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14469/cpu-noc-22/Noctua_NH-D14_SE2011_6-Heatpipe_CPU_Heat_Sink_With_Dual_Noctua_Fans_-_Socket_2011.html?tl=g40c14s1568

This is my case, max height is 160mm, isn't this too tight of a fit? My buddy owns a FT02 and noctua d14 and it looks pretty tight, his max height is 165mm.

Also should i change these fans? I'll be OC'ing from 3.2gz to like 3.8gz-4.2, nothing crazy, I just wan't real silence.

Other specs of mine...

thanks!

cant say anything for sure but ft02 has a few mills of sound dampening foam on the side doors, and I think I've read somewhere that the cooler height measurement is taken so that it doesnt include the foam so the real space would be like 162 or 163 mills. You can try to compare the space your friend has and see if it'll fit. But I say it should fit as it's been fitted in other cases with 160mm clearance, but you'll have a tight fit for sure.
