Could I use Kingston HyperX blu 2x4 GB on an Asus Z68-V-LX motherboard?

I checked the manual and Asus doesn't specifically recommend that exact type of Kingston RAM.

Neither is that RAM specifically recommended on KIngston's website for that board.

Must the RAM be listed in the manual and the manufacturers website to work?

There are so many variations of RAM. Do many of them work but just go untested and thus unlisted in the official recommeded lists.

Is the RAM that will work on a V-Pro the same that will work in a V-LX board?
